The HUMAN AI LABEL is a voluntary self-declaration. The publisher states how humans and artificial intelligence contributed to the content. The label does not judge. It informs. The choice of which kind of creation you prefer remains yours.
It is not a quality seal, but a transparency label.

The human determined the message and direction, while AI supported individual steps.
AI Assisted · Human Verified
AI produced substantial parts, while a named human checked and accepts responsibility for the result.

The story behind the label
The HUMAN AI LABEL was not born in a Californian garage, but from a conversation around a wine table on the Rhine. A patient recognised AI involvement in the sentence structure. That sparked the idea of making human origin, AI assistance and editorial revision visible.
Our transparency documentation
This website applies its own transparency principle to itself. The concept, decisions and approval remain human; AI supports structure, wording, translation and technical implementation.
How this disclosure was created
The percentages are a traceable self-assessment of work shares, not an official certification.
The operator defines the objectives, criteria, content and publication. AI is used as a tool. All content is reviewed and approved by a human.

HUMAN AI TRANSPARENCY EU is not a public authority, accredited certification body or law firm. The report does not guarantee full legal compliance or a particular decision by authorities, courts, platforms or business partners.
EU AI Act context
Article 50 of the EU AI Act contains transparency duties for certain AI systems and AI-generated or manipulated content. Whether a duty applies depends on the specific role, system, content and purpose.
Storage and availability
Data are retained only as needed for the application, assessment, evidence, billing, abuse prevention and legal retention duties. Permanent storage or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Applicants should keep their own copies.
Changes and reassessment
The result describes one point in time. Material changes to content, AI use, responsibility or labelling may require reassessment. Expired, withdrawn or replaced assessments are marked accordingly.
Privacy and public data
Contact and billing data remain internal. Only information needed to verify the seal is published, such as domain, ID, status, date, validity, summary and linked transparency documentation.
Technical limits
Automated and AI-assisted checks can contain errors or omissions. Results are plausibility-checked, but complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. External links and later changes are outside our control.
Misuse
The seal may be used only for the assessed domain and validity period and must retain the link to the public assessment page. Misleading use can lead to withdrawal and a public status notice.
